WE BELIEVE.....
That the words of the Bible are God’s words and that since God cannot lie or speak falsely we
believe that there is no untruthfulness or error in any part of the words of Scripture.
That God eternally exists as three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit and each person is fully God
and that there is one God.
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life and in His miracles.
That the Lord Jesus Christ died rose again and now sits at the right hand of God who also makes intercession
for us (Romans 8 v 34)
That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that the wages of sin is death (Romans 3 v 23 and
Romans 6 v 23). Sin may be defined as any failure to conform to the moral law of God in act, attitude or nature.
That there is only one who has the right and ability to forgive our sin and that is the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the fall and sinfulness of man and that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through
repentance and faith in the redeeming blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the resurrection and final judgment of both the saved and the lost, the saved to everlasting
life and the lost to everlasting damnation.
In the personal return to the earth of the Lord Jesus Christ in power and in glory.
In a Christian water baptism by full immersion in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as
an act of obedience and symbolizing the believers faith in a crucified, buried and risen Saviour and symbolising the believer’s
death to sin, the burial of the old life and the resurrection to walk in newness of life in Christ Jesus.
In the baptism of the Holy Sprit and that this experience is a gift from God to the believer to
empower the believer to live the Christian life and to share their faith with others.
In the gifts of the Holy Spirit as contained in 1 Corinthians 12 and 14 for the edification of
the church.
That Jesus seeks to bring healing to all who are oppressed of the devil (Acts 10 v 38) and that today He
still seeks to heal the broken hearted, to deliver those who are in bondage and set them at liberty (Luke 4 verse 18)
